1. Who we are

OMS Warehouse (“the Service”, “we”) is a multi-tenant 3PL order & fulfillment management platform operated by ebaoguo group, accessible at oms.ebaoguo.com and 3pl.ebaoguo.com. We process order data on behalf of our merchant customers (“Tenants”) so we can pick, pack, label and ship their goods.

2. Data we collect from connected platforms

When a Tenant connects an eBay, Amazon, Shopify or WooCommerce store via OAuth, we synchronise the minimum necessary fields to fulfil orders:

• Order header: order id, status, currency, total, paid timestamp
• Recipient shipping address: name, phone, email (when supplied), street, city, state, postcode, country
• Line items: SKU, product name, quantity, unit price
• Tracking number (written back to the platform after shipment)

We do not collect or store: payment methods, credit-card numbers, marketing opt-in preferences, cart-abandonment events, or buyer messages.

3. How we use it

• To create warehouse pick lists and shipping labels
• To compute carrier rates and select cheapest carrier per order
• To write tracking numbers back to the source platform
• To produce invoices and reports for the Tenant

We never sell, rent or share Tenant data with third parties for advertising, analytics or any unrelated purpose.

4. Sub-processors

To fulfil orders we share the recipient address & line items with carriers selected by the Tenant. Currently supported carriers include: Australia Post (AusPost), Aramex Australia, TransitDirect, T-cat (Taiwan), and EWE / Aoya for cross-border. Carriers receive only what is needed to print the label and deliver the parcel.

5. Retention

Order data is retained for 7 years to satisfy Australian tax-record obligations. Tenants may export and request deletion of their data at any time by emailing sales@ebaoguo.com. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days, unless the data is subject to an active legal hold.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3. Database backups are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to ebaoguo group operations staff and gated via JWT-based SSO. We log access to sensitive endpoints and review the audit log monthly.

7. Buyer rights (end customers of our Tenants)

If you are a buyer who placed an order on a store fulfilled by us, your data subject rights (access, rectification, deletion) should be exercised through the merchant you bought from. We will assist the merchant in honouring your request within their statutory timeframe.

1. 关于我们

OMS Warehouse（“本服务”）是易包裹集团运营的多租户三方仓配（3PL）订单与履约管理平台，访问地址 oms.ebaoguo.com 与 3pl.ebaoguo.com。我们代我们的商户客户（“租户”）处理订单数据，以完成拣货、打包、贴单和发货。

2. 我们从对接平台收集的数据

当租户通过 OAuth 连接 eBay / Amazon / Shopify / WooCommerce 店铺时，我们仅同步履约必需的字段：订单号、状态、币种、金额、付款时间；收件人地址（姓名、电话、邮箱（如有）、街道、城市、州/省、邮编、国家）；商品行（SKU、品名、数量、单价）；以及发货后回写到平台的物流单号。我们不收集：支付方式、信用卡号、营销偏好、弃单事件、买家消息。

3. 数据用途

仅用于：生成拣货单和面单；向承运商比价并选择最便宜的方案；将物流单号回写到来源平台；为租户生成账单和报表。我们绝不向第三方出售或出租租户数据。

4. 子处理者（承运商）

履约时，我们将收件地址和商品行共享给租户选择的承运商。当前支持：澳洲邮政（AusPost）、Aramex 澳洲、TransitDirect、T-cat（台湾）、EWE / 澳亚（跨境）。承运商仅获得打单和派送所需的最小信息。

5. 数据保留

为符合澳洲税务记录要求，订单数据保留 7 年。租户可随时通过 sales@ebaoguo.com 申请导出或删除其数据，删除请求在 30 天内完成（除非存在法律保全义务）。

6. 安全

全站使用 TLS 1.3 加密传输；数据库备份静态加密；生产系统仅运维人员可访问，通过 JWT SSO 鉴权；敏感接口访问留存审计日志，每月复核。

7. 买家权利（租户的终端客户）

若您是在租户店铺下单的买家，请通过您购买商品的商户行使数据主体权利（访问、更正、删除），我们会在法定期限内协助商户响应您的请求。
